This handy tool built in to windows is very useful. It allows me to connect directly to your computer and control it from my own computer. This gives me the ability to fix a lot of problems without having to fit you in an appointment for a home visit. Many of the people I've done work for already request this service as they know they can get the problem fixed quickly.

I must stress here that you should only request remote assistance from someone you know and can trust as they can see exactly what is on your screen and you should never leave your pc while you are connected so you can see what goes on.
